Recital Tickets Our Dance Recital is sponsored and hosted by the Brewster Education Foundation. We are continually grateful for their help in bringing you this performance. For each ticket sold $ 3.00 goes back to Brewster Education Foundation, which you know funnels its way back to the students of our community. Seating is reserved numbered seating and is sold on a first come basis. All pre-purchased tickets will cost $15.00 each. After May 17, 2007 only door sales are available and tickets will cost $20.00 each at the door. Advanced ticket sales will begin on Tuesday April 17th, 2007 at 5PM. There will be no ticket sales between May 18, 2007 and the recital (this includes Dry Run and Dress rehearsal). * Ticket reminder: Please double check all purchases prior to leaving the ticket counter as there are NO RETURNS/ NO EXCHANGES. Recital T-Shirts Recital T-Shirt samples will be hanging in the lobby. T- shirts are $20.00 a piece or two for $35.00. Recital T-shirts are on a pre-paid order basis. Please select color and size and submit order with payment to Miss Laura at the Store Counter. Wednesday May 30th will be where your "Recital Shirt Day". Back Stage Moms For the two shows the younger children participate in, we ask for half the classes' parents to work backstage to help the students with their costumes and to help keep order backstage during the Saturday show. Then we ask the other half to work backstage on Sunday. Please take a moment during the next few weeks to ask other class parents when they would like to watch the show and when you can watch the show. We realize there are a few parents who wish to work backstage for both shows, which you are more then welcome to do. If you choose to work backstage you are not able to enter the theater unless you have a ticket. Reminder for everyone's safety only dance students and faculty are allowed on the stage wings. Costumes & Pick Up Costumes have been arriving each week. As they arrive each teacher has asked the students to try them on during class. If they have needed to be returned, forms were filled out and returns are in progress. If the costume fits, it is being packed for pick up. Each family will receive a garment bag, which will include your students costumes, any necessary tights, hats or headpieces and (if necessary Hair Nets for ballet). You may check at the front counter to see if your bag is ready for pickup.
